Layered Quinoa Power Salad

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Combine chicken, celery, apples and cranberries in large bowl.
  3. Add Miracle Whip mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon quinoa into serving bowl; cover with spinach and chicken salad.
  5. Top with nuts.
