Mizuno greens with Miso Honey Vinaigrette

  1. Combine the miso paste and honey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the rice wine vinegar and soy sauce.
  3. While whisking, add the olive oil in a slow stream; season with salt, to taste.
  4. Toss the Mizuno greens with desired amount of dressing.
