The Easiest Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. Add cake flour and baking powder into a plastic bag, and shake.
  2. Place the margarine and broken chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl, and microwave until the margarine has melted.
  3. Mix and melt the chocolate.
  4. Add the sugar and cocoa powder into the bowl, and mix well with a whisk.
  5. Break in the egg, and mix until the mixture becomes smooth.
  6. Add Step 1, and mix until the mixture is no longer floury.
  7. Fill the cups with the batter about 60% full, and bake in the oven preheated to 170C for 18 minutes.
  8. Insert a toothpick through the cupcakes and if it comes out clean, it's done.
