Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl until creamy.
  3. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until well blended.
  5. Stir in chips, raisins and walnuts.
  6. Drop rounded Tablespoon of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
  8. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets.
  9. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  10. Store in airtight container.
