Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine,, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 each eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups oats, quick cooking uncooked
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 cup chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup raisins, seedless
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl until creamy.
- Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until well blended.
- Stir in chips, raisins and walnuts.
- Drop rounded Tablespoon of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
- Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
