5 Layer Taco Dip Recipe
- 16 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning mix
- 2 small Ripe avocados
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 6ounce can black olives,
- 1 Minced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, minced and well
- 1 Liquid removed
- 2 bn green onions,
- 1 Minced
- 1 9ounce. can no-lard bean dip
- 1 8ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, Grated
- 1 box Tortilla chips
- Combine lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Chill several hrs.
- In separate bowl, mash avocados and blend with lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- In another bowl, combine olives, tomatoes and onion.
- In glass bowl or possibly baking dish, layer ingredients as follows: bean dip, avocado mix, lowfat sour cream, olive/tomato mix, cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- F.A.Tablespoons Reducer: Use lowfat sour cream and cheddar cheese.
- Hotkey Shortcut: Chop black olives in food processor.
