Salmon Steaks With Dill Sauce

  1. In glass baking dish arrange salmon.
  2. Top with onion, bouillon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the water.
  3. Cover with Handi-Wrap and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt butter and blend in flour and salt.
  5. Blend in cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Add juice from fish; stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pour over fish.
  7. Microwave 3 minutes until mixture boils or until done (time varies with thickness of steaks).
  8. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
  9. Serves 4.
