Salmon Steaks With Dill Sauce
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cube chicken bouillon or 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- In glass baking dish arrange salmon.
- Top with onion, bouillon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the water.
- Cover with Handi-Wrap and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter and blend in flour and salt.
- Blend in cream and mix until smooth.
- Add juice from fish; stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pour over fish.
- Microwave 3 minutes until mixture boils or until done (time varies with thickness of steaks).
- Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
- Serves 4.
