Blue Cheese Ball (Mild) Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (each) of Roka Bleu cheese, Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. minced ripe olives (optional)
- 1 scallion, finely minced
- 1 c. minced nuts (reserve half for rolling ball in)
- Fresh parsley, minced (to roll ball in)
- Mix and chill overnight in a Saran-wrapped lined bowl (easier to handle and make into a ball).
- Roll in nuts and parsley when ready to serve.
