Boiled Raisin Drop Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. white sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 3 Large eggs
• 3 1/2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• Salt

1. Boil 2 c. raisin and 1 1/2 c. water.
2. Drain and cold.
3. Use 1 c. water from boiled raisins.
4. Add in water if necessary.
5. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet at 375 degrees.
