Talerina
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 ribs of celery
- 1 pod garlic
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 large can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can or pkg. of shoe peg corn
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 1 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1 lb. pkg. wide noodles
- Chop then mix the following: brown bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, ground chuck and sausage. Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, shoe peg corn, salt, and pepper. Combine both mixtures together.
- Cook as spaghetti.
- Add chopped black olives, 3/4 pound grated sharp cheese. Mix one package cooked wide noodles.
- Bake 45 minutes in buttered casserole at 350u0b0.
- Top with 1/4 lb. sharp cheese.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
