Broccoli Pizza Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
  4. When cool enough to handle, slice potatoes.
  5. Meanwhile, place broccoli in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover.
  6. Cook until tender but still firm, about 2 to 6 minutes; drain.
  7. In a large bowl combine potatoes, broccoli, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano and parsley.
  8. On a pizza pan or baking sheet, roll out 1 pizza dough.
  9. Top with potato mixture; season with salt and pepper.
  10. Cover with second pizza dough; with moistened fingers, seal edges of dough together.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
