Cheese-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Steaks

• 2 beef tenderloin steaks (1/2 lb.)
• 1/8 tsp. black pepper
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
• 2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
• 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Heat broiler.
2. Season steaks with pepper.
3. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 min.
4. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
5. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
6. Top steaks with cheese mixture.
7. Broil 2 to 3 min.
8. or until cheeses are melted and lightly browned.
