Basil and White Bean Spread
- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 2 cups flat leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- In food processor, process beans, parsley, pesto, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice for about a minute.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve at room temperature.
