Plum-Apricot Margarita Spritzer Mocktail

• 1 gal. ice cubes
• 1 gal. prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Margarita Flavor Drink Mix (double strength)
• 2 qt. diet ginger ale
• 64 each fresh plums, thinly sliced
• 32 each fresh apricot, thinly sliced

1. For each serving: Fill glass with 3 oz.
2. ice.
3. Add 4 oz.
4. CRYSTAL LIGHT.
5. Top off with 2 oz.
6. ginger ale, 2 plum slices and 1 apricot slice.
