Corn and Sausage Fried Rice with Butter Soy Sauce

  1. Mince the garlic and onion and cut the sausages into easy to eat pieces.
  2. Put the oil and garlic into a frying pan and fry until aromatic.
  3. Add warm rice and butter to the pan and fry.
  4. When it becomes crumbly, add the onion, sausages and the corn from the can minus the liquid.
  5. Fry it all together.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle the soy sauce from the sides of the pan and fry well.
  7. You're done!
