Sour Cream Cheesecake
- Base
- 3/4 cup plain chocolate biscuit crumbs
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Filling
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind, grated Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- Topping
- strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Combine biscuit crumbs, walnuts and butter.
- Press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan, chill.
- Beat Philly* until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, flour, lemon rind and eggs, beat well.
- Pour into prepared crumb crust and bake in oven at 140C for 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool in oven.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Decorate with strawberries.
