Flounder and/or Salmon topped with shrimp and crab mixture.
- 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 4 oz shrimp, med chopped
- 4 tbsp italian breadcrumbs
- 6 oz crab lump meat
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 4 Flounders
- 1 salmon, med flank
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 salt, pepper to taste
- 2 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven 400
- Chop and Saute veggies in sesame oil and butter for 2 min.
- or til welted.
- Add chopped shrimp, salt and old bay.
- 2 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add crabmeat, mayo and breadcrumbs.
- Stir, Roll or scoop mixture on to flounder or salmon.
- Place on 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with paprika and lemon juice.
- Bake!
