Mustard Potato Salad

  1. In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water and cook until tender but firm.
  2. Drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine egg salad, mayonnaise, mustard, onion and salt.
  4. Stir in cooled potatoes.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with radishes, if desired.
