Potato-topped Casserole

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown ground beef and pour off excess fat.
  3. Put meat in 9" square baking dish and pour vegetables over meat.
  4. Spread soup on top of vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Top with potatoes.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
