Yellow Pepper and Bacon Salad

  1. Slice the cheese into 4 rectangles.
  2. Slice the yellow pepper lengthwise into 4 or 5 mm matchsticks.
  3. Cut the bacon in the same sizes as the yellow pepper.
  4. Heat a frying pan and cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Add the yellow pepper, cook for a few minutes, and turn off the heat.
  6. Combine with the cheese in Step 1 and the ingredients in Step 4 in a bowl.
  7. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  8. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with dried parsley to garnish if you prefer.
