Yellow Pepper and Bacon Salad
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 or 2 pieces Bacon
- 6 Processed cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Dried parsley (optional)
- Slice the cheese into 4 rectangles.
- Slice the yellow pepper lengthwise into 4 or 5 mm matchsticks.
- Cut the bacon in the same sizes as the yellow pepper.
- Heat a frying pan and cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the yellow pepper, cook for a few minutes, and turn off the heat.
- Combine with the cheese in Step 1 and the ingredients in Step 4 in a bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with dried parsley to garnish if you prefer.
