Seafood Alfredo Pizza
- 2 pkg. pizza dough mix
- 2 c. Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1 lb. raw scallops
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 yellow onion (small)
- 1 red, yellow and green pepper
- 7 whole mushrooms
- 4 to 5 leaves fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 (6 oz.) bag Mozzarella
- 1 (6 oz.) bag Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cut all vegetables in small strips. Saute vegetables until blanched (softer but crisp).
- Season vegetables with Italian seasoning; salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and scallops.
- Saute until shrimp are pink; remove from heat.
- Prepare pizza dough as directed on package.
- Spread out on pan.
- Baste dough with garlic and margarine.
- Bake dough for 2 minutes; remove from oven and spread Alfredo sauce over crust.
- Place sauteed veggies and seafood over top evenly.
- Sprinkle with 3 cheeses and bake for 10 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes.
