Easy Baked Garlic Soup
- 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 can garbanzo beans, undrained
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 12 cups dry white wine
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled,minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 14 cups grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 14 cups heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Butter a 3 qt.
- baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and cream.
- Cover casserole and bake for 1 hours.
- Stir in cheese and cream, lower heat to 325 and bake for 15 minutes more.
- Do not let this soup boil.
