Smoky Tater Casserole

  1. Combine potatoes and onion in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
  2. Cover with casserole lid.
  3. Microwave on High for 8 to 9 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
  4. Add corn, green pepper, milk and pepper; stir until mixed.
  5. Add sausage pieces, mixing lightly.
  6. Cover.
  7. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Makes about 6 servings, 325 calories each.
