Peas and Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 12 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- In large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook, stirring often for 3 min, or until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 5 min or until tender.
- Stir in peas, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring until heated through.
