Garlic Mushrooms on Toast

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute longer or until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add the sour cream and water, stirring until heated through.
  5. Serve on the toast and garnish with the chives.
