Meat And Rice Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper in margarine for a few minutes.
  2. Do not brown.
  3. Remove from fire.
  4. Add soups, cheese, seasonings, rice and water.
  5. Place in baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
  6. Cover with bread crumbs and bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325u0b0 or until rice is done.
