Cajun Salmon
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 inches fresh ginger, pressed
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (try garlic infused if feeling adventurous)
- 1 ziploc bag
- Combine garlic, ginger, Old Bay, olive oil, and fish fillets in a large ziploc bag.
- Allow fish to marinate for at least 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking tray with aluminum foil, lay fillets on the baking tray.
- Bring aluminum foil up and around the fish.
- Allow fish to bake for 20 minutes.
