Egg Nog Truffles
- 16 ounces white chocolate
- 14 cup powdered sugar
- 14 teaspoon rum extract
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- Melt 8 oz chocolate as directed.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, nutmeg, and extract until well combined.
- Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth.
- Refrigerate mixture for four hours or until firm.
- Shape into 24 balls and place on wax paper lined tray.
- Melt remaining chocolate.
- Dip truffles in chocolate and sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
- Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
