Egg Nog Truffles

  1. Melt 8 oz chocolate as directed.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, nutmeg, and extract until well combined.
  3. Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate mixture for four hours or until firm.
  5. Shape into 24 balls and place on wax paper lined tray.
  6. Melt remaining chocolate.
  7. Dip truffles in chocolate and sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
  8. Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
