Coconut Watermelon Salad

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Spread the coconut on a baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown about 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
  4. Combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, lime juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  5. Put the watermelon in a large bowl and drizzle with the condensed milk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle wth the toasted coconut and the cinnamon.
  7. Serve & enjoy.
