Keilbasa Casserole Recipe
- 2 16 ounce. polish sausage
- large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large yellow onion
- elbow macaroni
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bring water for pasta to a boil.
- Stir in elbows, cook till done, drain.
- Chop onion, slice keilbasa.
- Fry onions and sausage till onions are tender and sausage is warm.
- Combine all the ingredients and return to heat till soup is well mixed.
- Serve with cheesy garlic bread.
- Makes Large potful.
