Pluck-It Cake
- 4 cans Pillsbury country biscuits (10 in can)
- 2/3 c. sugar plus 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 15 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- chopped nuts to cover each layer (optional)
- Generously grease Bundt pan.
- In plastic bag put mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut biscuits, one can at a time, into quarters and shake in plastic bag with sugar and cinnamon to coat.
- Place these pieces in Bundt pan.
- Melt 15 tablespoons butter; mix in white and brown sugars and heat until melted.
- Pour 1/4 of this mixture over first can of biscuits.
- Repeat this procedure, alternating sugar and butter mixture and biscuit quarters until gone.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Turn pan over onto plate as soon as removed from oven.
- Do not remove pan for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
- Just "pluck" off a piece with your fingers.
