Pluck-It Cake

  1. Generously grease Bundt pan.
  2. In plastic bag put mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut biscuits, one can at a time, into quarters and shake in plastic bag with sugar and cinnamon to coat.
  4. Place these pieces in Bundt pan.
  5. Melt 15 tablespoons butter; mix in white and brown sugars and heat until melted.
  6. Pour 1/4 of this mixture over first can of biscuits.
  7. Repeat this procedure, alternating sugar and butter mixture and biscuit quarters until gone.
  8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
  9. Turn pan over onto plate as soon as removed from oven.
  10. Do not remove pan for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
  11. Just "pluck" off a piece with your fingers.
