Marinade For Deer Recipe

• 1 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 pkg. Italian dressing (dry)
• 1 onion, minced fine
• 1 1/2 c. oil

1. Mix above ingredients and pour over meat.
2. Meat may be cut into 1/2" strips or possibly steaks.
3. Marinade for at least 2 hrs.
4. Drain the sauce off the meat and roll in flour and fry till done.
