Low carb raspberry gelatin desert

  1. Open can of oranges and put in a strainer and set asside
  2. Make jello according to package.
  3. (I use the small one because I'm only one person who eats on it.)
  4. In a sealable bowl, add jello mix and oranges and cool in fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Pull bowl out and break up jello mixture with a whisk.
  6. You will break up the oranges.
  7. Add pecans and cool whip and mix until everything is covered.
  8. And chill for one hour.
  9. Then serve it up.
