Low carb raspberry gelatin desert
- 1 packages sugar free raspberry jello
- 1 can Mandarin oranges in lite syrup, drained we
- 1 cup uncooked pecans, chopped
- 1/2 packages sugar free cool whip
- Open can of oranges and put in a strainer and set asside
- Make jello according to package.
- (I use the small one because I'm only one person who eats on it.)
- In a sealable bowl, add jello mix and oranges and cool in fridge for 2 hours.
- Pull bowl out and break up jello mixture with a whisk.
- You will break up the oranges.
- Add pecans and cool whip and mix until everything is covered.
- And chill for one hour.
- Then serve it up.
