Oat Biscuits

  1. Pre-heat an oven to 170C / 150C fan.
  2. Cream together the butter, milk and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix in.
  4. Beat in the bicarbonate soda.
  5. Stir in the oats, coco and flour.
  6. Using a desert spoon, take some of the mixture, roll into a ball, flatten and place on a tray.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins, until they are golden brown.
  8. Remove and allow to cool.
