Healthiest Stir-Fry With Veggies and Chicken

  1. Slice all of your veggies into thin strips about 3 inch long.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cut your chicken into small bites.
  4. In a woke heat up the olive oil and brown the chicken.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add more oil if needed and stir fry your veggies for about 5 min or until golden color.
  7. Add the cooked chicken to that and continue frying for 2-4 more minute.
  8. Turn off the heat and season with soy sauce, 5 drops of sesame oil and the honey.
  9. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
