Whole Wheat Spaghetti W/ Golden Garlic and Herbs

  1. Cook spaghetti.
  2. Saute garlic just until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in herbs, chickpeas, tomatoes, and olives, simmer 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Drain spaghetti, reserve some of the cooking water to thin the sauce if needed.
  5. Return spaghetti to the pot and add tomato/herb mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
