Belva St. Peach Cobbler
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 1 (29 ounce) can peach slices
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Add milk, mix.
- Add butter, mix.
- Pour mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
- Randomly place peach slices in mixture, without overlapping the peaches.
- Optional: For extra juice, pour a little of the peach juice over cobbler before cooking.
- Cook for 40 - 45 minutes.
