Easy Eggs Earl Egg Casserole
- Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread (crusts removed)
- small cubes ham (sausage, bacon, etc.)
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 beaten eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- Layer bottom of a 13 x 9-inch buttered pan with Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread (crust removed).
- Layer with small cubes of ham (sausage, bacon, etc.).
- Cover with Swiss cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- I alternate the layers.
- Pour over the above: eggs, milk, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Refrigerate overnight (covered) and remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Before baking, spread corn flakes over top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (lower temperature for glass pan).
