Easy Eggs Earl Egg Casserole

  1. Layer bottom of a 13 x 9-inch buttered pan with Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread (crust removed).
  2. Layer with small cubes of ham (sausage, bacon, etc.).
  3. Cover with Swiss cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. I alternate the layers.
  5. Pour over the above: eggs, milk, onion powder and garlic powder.
  6. Refrigerate overnight (covered) and remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Before baking, spread corn flakes over top and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (lower temperature for glass pan).
