Smoked Fish Pate Recipe

  1. Skin an bone fish.
  2. Flake finely with fork.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In medium skillet, heat butter.
  5. Add in onion.
  6. Cook till translucent/soft, about 5 min.
  7. Add in onion mix to fish.
  8. Add in minced egg.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Add in sufficient light oil to bring pate to desired consistency.
  11. Season with celery seed and garlic pwdr.
