Pumpkin Orange Cheese Pie

  1. Prepare pie
  2. crust with a high fluted edge.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy.

  13. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
  14. Place in a preheated 425u0b0 oven; lower temperature to 350u0b0.
  15. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
  16. Cool

  21. Just before serving, top with sour cream and halved Glaceed Orange Slices. Sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
