Sausage And Cheese Turnovers

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  4. Press or roll to a 5-inch circle.
  5. Combine browned sausage, seasoning, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Spoon about 3 tablespoons mixture into center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Fold dough in half over filling.
  7. Press edges with a fork to seal.
  8. Brush tops with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
