Spinach Florentine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 medium chopped onion
- garlic powder
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. seashell macaroni
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- Cook
- spinach;train
- and set aside, reserving liquid. Brown beef
- and onion.
- Drain grease.
- Stir spinach liquid (1 cup)
- and sauces into meat.
- Simmer.took noodles and drain. Combine cheese,
- spinach,
- bread crumbs, eggs, and 1/2 cup of oil.tpread spinach-macaroni mixture in lightly greased dish with
- the
- meat mixture
- on top.
- Cook until bubbles at 350u0b0. This casserole freezes well.
