Garden Chicken Noodle Soup(Microwave Recipe)
- 2 (8 oz.) chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 1 c. frozen green peas
- 1 medium size yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrot
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
- Place chicken in deep 3-quart casserole.
- Add water.
- Stir in peas and next 7 ingredients.
- Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and microwave at High for 20 to 25 minutes or until boiling.
- Stir in noodles.
- Reduce to medium (50% power).
- Cover and microwave for 20 to 30 minutes or until noodles and chicken are tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
