Crock Pot Pork Roast With Gravy Recipe

  1. Rub roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Make tiny slits in meat and insert slivers of garlic.
  3. In crock pot put 1 sliced onion on bottom.
  4. Add in roast then remaining onion and other ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook 1 hour on high.
  6. Turn to low and cook 9 to 10 hrs or until done.
  7. GRAVY: Remove roast, onions, clove and bay leaf.
  8. In a separate bowl, blend 2 Tbsp.
  9. cool water with 2 Tbsp.
  10. cornstarch to create smooth paste.
  11. Set crockpot on high and pour in paste.
  12. Stir well and let come to a boil (10 to 15 min) until thickened.
