Greek Traditional Fruit Sweets

  1. Clean and pit fruits.
  2. From oranges, lemons etc you keep only the skin.
  3. Bring sugar and water to a boil for 7-8 minutes until syrup is somewhat thick.Add fruits ,add lemon juice simmer until syrup is thick and fruits are somewhat soft,let cool, put in a jar and turn upside down for 24 hours.
