Chopped Salad with Salsa Verde Dressing

  1. Puree first 5 ingredients in blender.
  2. Pour into medium bowl.
  3. Whisk in oil, then green onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix all remaining ingredients except chips in bowl.
  6. Toss with enough dressing to coat.
  7. Serve with chips, if desired.
