Crumble Pancake Streussel
- 200 grams One Step Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- Prepare the crumbs by combing the flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Once well mixed, mix in the butter and mix thoroughly.
- The mixture should remain powdered and shouldn't stick together like a dough.
- Set aside.
- Prepare the pancake batter by mixing together the pancake mix and water.
- Add a dash of cinnamon if desired.
- (If you want to make your pancakes from scratch, all the better!)
- Heat you pan in low heat.
- Butter it up.
- Cook pancakes by adding 1 tbsp crumbs on the pan, then quickly drop 2 tbsps of the pancake batter.
- When it starts to bubble, top with 1 tbsp of crumbs and flip over.
- Remove from heat once the pancake is cooked.
- NOTE: do this quickly and in low heat as it can easily burn!
- After flipping it over, add more crumbs if desired.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all pancakes.
- Serve with desired syrup!
