Roasted Shrimp and Vegetables

  1. Place shrimp and vegetables in glass baking dish.
  2. Mix dressing, cilantro, lime peel and chili powder until well blended.
  3. Pour over shrimp mixture.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20 min.
  5. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring after 10 min.
