Sarasota's Mushroom and Herb Steak Marinade
- 13 cup olive oil
- 12 cup dried porcini mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage
- Rub / Marinade -- I like to grind mine in a mini food processor until well ground.
- Add the pepper grounds first and grind just 30 seconds, then add the mushrooms, herbs and garlic until everything is combined.
- It is a semi moist marinade.
- Prepare -- Rub the top and bottom of the steaks and set in a pan and cover with plastic wrap.
- Just set and wait to grill.
- Enjoy!
