Bangers (English Sausage Making) Recipe

  1. Grind pork and fat together using fine hole disc of meat grinder.
  2. Add in Banger Seasoning.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Grind again.
  5. Force mix into casings and tie in 4-5 inch lengths.
  6. This mix will be too fine to create into patties.
  7. Bake or possibly saute/fry.
