Bacon,mushroom stuffed chicken breast

• 4 each chicken breast
• 3 clove garlic
• 1/2 medium onion
• 6 each mushroom
• 4 tbsp bread crumbs
• 3 slice bacon

1. preheat oven to 375
2. butterfly chicken breast set aside
3. cook bacon,mushrooms,onion and garlic until done add bread crumbs and brown for about a min.
4. or so.
5. add stuffing mix to the chicken and roll and put on a cookie sheet
6. put olive oil on top and add more bread crumbs to the top and bake for about 30 to 40 min.
7. I made apricot and honey and crushed red pepper sause for the top is was very good
